1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and waja44 ("waja44", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the waja44 online gaming platform, including all products, services, features, and content made available through waja44.com and any associated mobile application.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise using the waja44 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the waja44 platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age. waja44 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification is conducted at registration and may be repeated at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal.
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of waja44 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Not be a person who has previously been excluded from waja44 or any affiliated platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator-imposed exclusion.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purposes of gambling.

waja44 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period shall entitle waja44 to suspend or permanently close your account.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on waja44. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly notify waja44 of any changes. Providing false or misleading information at any stage constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. waja44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You must notify waja44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

waja44 reserves the right to require full Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and proof of residential address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may have withdrawal functionality restricted.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on waja44 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the waja44 platform and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

waja44 accepts deposits via the following methods (subject to availability): Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), and such other methods as waja44 may introduce from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. waja44 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.
• waja44 targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using e-wallet methods, though this is a service objective and not a contractual guarantee. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
• waja44 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud and anti-money laundering checks on any transaction, which may result in processing delays.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

waja44 offers various bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all waja44 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been completed in full.
• waja44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus abuse through low-risk betting strategies designed to extract value from wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• waja44 reserves the right to reclaim bonus amounts that it reasonably determines have been credited in error.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waja44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any manner.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the waja44 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of waja44.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or accessing the platform after a self-exclusion period is active.
• Using the platform if you have been designated as a politically exposed person (PEP) or are subject to economic sanctions under applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the waja44 platform — including but not limited to the waja44 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of waja44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the waja44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or exploit any waja44 content without prior written authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, waja44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the waja44 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

waja44 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. waja44 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

waja44's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

waja44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity, accessible at any time from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Configure alerts that notify you of how long you have been playing within a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the waja44 platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the selected period and will not be reversed upon request. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure.

10. Suspension & Termination

waja44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Suspected underage gambling.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account, any remaining real money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and applicable fraud checks.

You may close your waja44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the waja44 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the waja44 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

waja44 implements technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in accordance with applicable data protection laws including Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming licensing standards. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the waja44 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting waja44 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

waja44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the waja44 platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the waja44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 10.
